Title: Bought the New 1019 Kawasaki Versys 1000 SE LT+
Post by: VersysBoy on February 21, 2019, 04:44:04 PM

Yes it is true everyone. We have decided to take the plunge and purchase the new 2019 Kawasaki Versys 1000 SE LT+.

I have spent many hours researching this and after watching some great videos we decided to take the plunge. Be warned you will want to ride after watching them. Some of you with snow on the ground might want to watch other videos for a few days.

At this time, it looks like I will be picking the new Versys up next weekend. I hope on March 2nd to ride into the Dallas Metroplex and hit up my good friends at https://planokawasakisuzuki.com/ (https://planokawasakisuzuki.com/). They will help me move over my GPS and heated gear before I head back home to Northwest Arkansas.

Congrats! I have heard great things about this bike. Everybody on the Concours forum is wondering why can't the Connie have all that great stuff?

Wow that must be some video to compel anybody watching to buy one ;)  Sounds like you were already in the market, and the new Versys was your top choice, or at least on the short list. Video just put you over the top.

Enjoy the new ride.

Congratulations Bob! I can't wait to see you at a rally and get a test ride.  ;D

I sat on one at the dealer a few weeks ago, and it seems like a typical half-faired liter class bike, but on taller suspension. (a good thing) I don't see it doing too much off-road.

Well, to be fair, Connie has better wind protection and shaft drive, and is better for shorties...
