Wouldn't it be great if everyone pre-registered online? Then the organizers would be able to anticipate things like how much bottled water to have on hand, etc. They'd be free to enjoy the event more instead of staffing the registration desk for so many hours...

BLL is two weeks away. Why not go online and register NOW and help everyone out?

If you're planning on using GPS file for the Big Lynn Lodge event you should download the files from the web site.
There have been some road closures due to land slides and any route that uses that area has been changed
All of the routes have been reviewed and brought up to date this year. Older files that you have may not be valid.

You guys have a great time!

We just missed BLL by just over a week.  :(

For those attending BLL (or any MSTA event) this year, take a moment and post your photos to our photo gallery. You can access the upload link through the members only section of the forum. -JEP-

Sort of a wet weekend but some sunshine and good times came through. Good to see everyone and special thanks to Brick, Doug, Howard, and everyone else who made this event happen.

I’m so sorry to have heard this and to post this. Long time friend and MSTA member John Romine from Indianapolis, Indiana was on his way home after this year’s Big Lynn Lodge event when he was killed in an accident in Kentucky. All I know is that he hit the back of a semi truck on I-75 and was killed in the accident.
I am just gutted hearing this!!! I’m so at a loss!!!

Oh my gosh...talk about a gut punch. John & I have crossed paths over the years, but we'd never talked much. But for this weekend, we were roomies. He was a delightful guy.

Oh No!   This is so tragic, so very hard to hear this.  My heart goes out to his family and friends, along with all of the MSTA people that knew him, especially those in the Indiana Squadron.  :(
