Show unread posts not working :(

I love this feature since it quickly lets me see all the latest posts without cruising every single forum individually however, the past couple of days, it brings up nothing.  Is anyone else having this issue?

I love the feature, but it eliminates all posts, whether read or not, since the last visit. Sometimes I don't have time to read all the new posts, and when I open it the next time, all the previous posts are gone. There's got to be a simple way that I'm not aware of to bring those posts back? :-\ Syd
